Important Distinctions:

• Original artworks are unique and may show natural variations, texture, or minor imperfections.

• Art prints and cards are reproductions; colours may vary slightly due to screen and printing differences.

3. Copyright and Use of Artwork

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Adrienne Mart Space.

When you purchase an item, you are buying the physical product only, not the copyright.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, scan, or distribute the artwork

• Use the artwork for commercial purposes

• Modify or create derivative works

Any unauthorised use may breach the New Zealand Copyright Act 1994.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in NZD.

We accept:

• Credit/debit cards

We reserve the right to:

• Change prices at any time

• Cancel orders due to pricing errors

Payment must be received before dispatch.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

• The item is unavailable (especially original artworks)

• There is a pricing or listing error

• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected

If an original artwork sells simultaneously elsewhere, we will:

• Notify you promptly

• Offer a full refund

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier services

• Customs (for international orders)

• Events outside our control

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Your Rights (NZ Law)

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

• Faulty

• Not as described

• Not fit for purpose

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products:

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind on original artworks

• Prints and cards may be returned within 10 days if unused and in original condition

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery

• Provide photos of damage and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Original Artwork – Additional Terms

• Original artworks are sold as final sale unless faulty

• We recommend careful handling and appropriate framing where applicable

• Slight variations, textures, or marks are part of the artwork and not considered faults

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law:

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Loss of enjoyment or aesthetic expectations

Our liability is limited to:

• The purchase price of the item

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with its functionality

• Upload harmful or malicious content
